Submissions and fees
SUBMISSIONS
We encourage to submit contributions concerning logic, logical philosophy, foundations of mathematics and related areas. The abstracts of about 30 minutes talks, not extending one page, should be submitted via the registration form. The deadline for submissions is April 2, 2026 and the notifications of acceptance will be sent until April 13, 2026.
CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee is 420 PLN to be paid in advance via bank transfer until April 27, 2026.
Please transfer the money from your institution's account. We also kindly ask you to inform us via the registration form about transferring the money (or by email: wns.klmn@uwr.edu.pl).
ACCOMMODATION
The full accommodation covers four-day stay in the hotel Olimp (from Monday afternoon till Friday noon) and meals. The total cost is
• 1475 PLN for a single room,
• 1395 PLN for a double room.
The organizers will make a reservation on behalf of each participant according to the information provided in the registration form. The accommodation should be paid upon arrival at the hotel. Additionally, the "tourist fee" of 3,40 PLN per day will be charged. Please determine the exact dates of your arrival and departure when filling out the registration form. According to this information, the hotel Olimp will calculate the final cost of your stay and issue a VAT invoice. Any changes in your reservation may be made by notifying the hotel Olimp (olimp@cul.com.pl, tel. +48 75 717 20 26) as well as the organizers (applicationsoflogic@gmail.com) no later than until 27 April 2026.
